Open a ticket with your order number and let us know that you need to exchange the shoes for a new size. Once we approve your exchange request, we'll give you the full instructions to get you in a new pair lightning fast!

Note: Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Custom designed items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
